Nina Baratta

Artistic Director

Film director and producer, she directed her first short film at the age of 14 and has never stopped telling the world through images since then.
Her work spans documentaries, social issue reportages and television docu-reality, all driven by the same passionate, attentive and innovative approach.

In 2014, she founded theLe Moscerine Association, launching film education projects in schools and laying the foundations for the Moscerine Film Festival.

Carlo Aragona

General Director

Carlo Aragona is the General Director of the Moscerine Film Festival.
He oversees the festival’s overall management, including operational coordination, institutional relations and partner development.

Within the Le Moscerine Association, he also contributes to the development of cultural and educational projects, with a focus on organizational sustainability and the festival’s national and international growth.

Federica Alderighi

General Organizer

Storyteller by vocation, producer by passion.
She holds a degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s degree in New Media, and is currently leading— for the second time —a company specialized in theconcept development, production and post-production of audiovisual content for television and web platforms.

Within the Moscerine Film Festival, she oversees the overall organizational and production coordination.

Zein Francesca Batayneh

President – Le Moscerine APS-ETS

Driven by a deep love for beauty and colorshe brings her passions into the many professional roles she pursues. Her work spans costume designscenography, floral installations and teaching,addressing all educational levels, from early childhood to university.

Through her work, she combines creative vision, aesthetic care and an educational approach, playing a central role in shaping the artistic and cultural identity of the Le Moscerine Association.

Giovanni Stella

Head of Communication

Producer, director and photographer. He holds a degree in Graphic Design and specialized in Film Arts and Techniques at RUFA. In 2015, he founded Smile Vision Srla production company focused on artistic and cultural cinema.

He has collaborated with institutions such as MAXXI, Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna, Ministero dei Beni Culturali e Fondazione Must.
Among his productions are the award-winning Yousef by Mohamed Hossameldin (MigrArti 2018, Venice Film Festival, David di Donatello 2019), HappyHour di Fabrizio Benvenuto e Ladri d’infanzia, which he also directed and shot.

He has worked on television programs such as X Factor e Italia’s Got Talentcontributed to over 150 video productions for exhibitions and events, particularly for MAXXI.
Deeply attentive to mental health issues, he is currently working on a documentary on schizophrenia for Angelini Pharma.

Alessia Negretti

Inclusion Manager

Alessia Negretti is the Inclusion Manager of the Moscerine Film Festival.
She is responsible for activities related toaccessibility, to Italian Sign Language (LIS) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)working to ensure that festival spaces and events are truly accessible.

She also supports the psychological well-being of people with disabilities during festival activities, helping to create a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment.

Valentina Merico

Head of Educational Activities

Valentina Merico is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology of the Person.
Within the Moscerine Film Festival, she is responsible for the educational activitiescontributing to the design and development of programs aimed at children, young people and schools.

Her work integrates psychological and educational expertise, with a strong focus on personal development, expression and well-being.

Sofia Baratta

Head of Multimedia Content

Sofia Baratta is the Head of Multimedia Content of the Moscerine Film Festival.
She oversees the curation and management of digital and audiovisual content,contributing to the visual storytelling of the festival and of the projects developed by the Le Moscerine Association.
