The competition is open to children and young people aged 0 to 12 from all over the world who create short films.
The aim is to promote film and image education from an early age, in a context where images and videos are the primary tools of communication.
We seek to enhance the ability to create and interpret images as a conscious and meaningful way to convey ideas, stories and emotions.
